We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 2-4 weeks to deliver it to you.

Our offices are located in Sharjah , United Arab Emirates . The pieces are made in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Yes, as soon as the product is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.


I received a defective item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the defective item in question to the email address: abayapearl.contact@gmail.com and we will discuss it on a case-by-case basis.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course process the payment, provided the claim is made within 7 days of the order receipt date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.
